Our Origin
Before coffee belonged to the world, it belonged to one kingdom.
Three thousand years ago, the Kingdom of Saba ruled the mountains of Yemen. Centuries later, those same mountains grew the first coffee ever brewed. Sufi monasteries poured it. The port of Mokha shipped it. The world has been trying to copy it ever since.
We do not chase the origin of coffee. We are named after it. Every cup at Saba is made with beans grown high in Yemeni mountains, harvested by hand, and roasted fresh to protect what makes them rare: natural sweetness, light spice, a clean finish.
